Overnight Oats Recipe Rolled oats – 1/2cupMilk of choice – 3/4 cup Yogurt – 2 tbspChia seeds – 1 tbspVanilla essence – 3 dropsHoney – 1 tbspAny dryfruits/ nuts – 1 tbsp Cut fruits of your choice – 2 tbsp(mango, apple, any berries or banana)Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight or minimum 6 hours.
