High Protein Dosa
- Soaked moong dal – 1 cup
- Green chillies – 3- 4 nos
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup
- Cumin powder – 3/4 teaspoon
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ghee
METHOD: Grind ingredients from 1- 6 to a smooth paste. Add water if required to adjust the consistency of the batter. Transfer this batter to a bowl and add salt .Heat up a iron tawa , pour the dosa batter and make dosa as thin as possible. Drizzle some ghee on top of it and cook until it become crisp. Enjoy your high protein dosa with sambar or chutney.
Spicy Tomato Chutney
- Tomato – 1
- Onion – 1
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Kashmiri chilli – 3 nos
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil – 2 teaspoons
- Mustard seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry red chillies – 2 nos
- Urud dal – 1/2 teaspoon
METHOD
Heat up a kadai. Add 1 teaspoon of oil, then add ingredients from 1 – 6 cook for 5 minutes . Once the mixture cools down completely ,coarse grind it . For tempering add 1 teaspoon coconut oil to a pan and add ingredients 4,8,9 and 10. Finally add the tempering to the grinded chutney. Enjoy this spicy tangy chutney with hot dosas or idlys.
