Healthy Smoothie Breakfast

  2. Frozen Bananas – 1/2 cup
  3. Choice of your milk – 1/4 cup
  4. Vanilla extract – 3 drops
  5. Honey – 1 tablespoon
  6. Soaked Chia seed – 1 tablespoon

METHOD

Grind ingredients from 1 – 5 in a mixer grinder. Transfer this smoothie to a glass and add soaked chia seeds to it .Finally add some chunks of chopped mangoes and ENJOY!!!
