Chicken Diet Salad
- Steamed and chopped chicken breast(marinated with salt, chilli powder, garam masala and lemon juice) – 150 grams
- Pineapple – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Carrot – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Salad cucumber – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Lettuce -1/4 cup ( chopped)
- Tomato – 1/4 cup
- Chilli flakes- 1/4 teaspoon
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Oregano – 1 teaspoon
METHODÂ
Mix all the above ingredients into a large bowl and your tasty chicken salad is ready. Enjoy.
