Chicken Diet Salad

  • Steamed and chopped chicken breast(marinated with salt, chilli powder, garam masala and lemon juice) – 150 grams
  • Pineapple – 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Carrot – 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Salad cucumber – 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Lettuce -1/4 cup ( chopped)
  • Tomato – 1/4 cup
  • Chilli flakes- 1/4 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano – 1 teaspoon

METHOD 

Mix all the above ingredients into a large bowl and your tasty chicken salad is ready. Enjoy.
