Grilled Paneer

  1. Paneer – 100 gram (cubes)
  2. Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  4. Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Yogurt – 1 tablespoon
  7. Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
  8. Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Mustard oil – 2 tablespoon

METHOD

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients from 2 – 8 and make a thick marinade. Marinate the sliced paneer with this marinade and rest it for atleast 2 hours. Heat a grill pan on high flame, drizzle some mustard oil in at and place the marinated paneer and cook for 5 minutes on both the sides. Grilled paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy it with some spicy coriander chutney.
