Overnight oats

Rolled oats           – 1/2cup

Milk of choice       – 3/4 cup 

Yogurt                   – 2 tbsp

Chia seeds             – 1 tbsp

Vanilla essence     – 3 drops

Honey                    – 1 tbsp

Any dryfruits/ nuts   – 1 tbsp          

Cut fruits of your choice – 2 tbsp

(mango, apple, any berries or banana)

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate

overnight or minimum 6 hours. Enjoy!!!
