Vegetable Oats

  1. Cooked Oats – 30gramĀ 
  2. Onion – 1/4 cup
  3. Carrot – 1/4 cup
  4. Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
  5. Boiled green peas – 1/4 cup
  6. Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
  7. Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder – 1/ 2 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

METHOD

On a cooking pot heat little coconut oil followed by the ingredients from 2 – 5 and saute for 2 minutes. Then add ingredients from 7 – 11 and saute for 2 minutes. Add cooked oats to this masala and bring it to a boil . Easy vegetable oats is ready now. Squeeze half lemon juice on the time of serving . ENJOY!!!
