Vegetable Oats Recipe
- Cooked Oats – 30gramĀ
- Onion – 1/4 cup
- Carrot – 1/4 cup
- Boiled corn – 1/4 cup
- Boiled green peas – 1/4 cup
- Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1/ 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
METHOD
On a cooking pot heat little coconut oil followed by the ingredients from 2 – 5 and saute for 2 minutes. Then add ingredients from 7 – 11 and again saute for 2 minutes. Add cooked oats to this masala and bring it to a boil . Easy vegetable oats is ready now. Squeeze half lemon juice at the time of serving .If you are a non vegetarian lover , you can add boiled chicken, prawns, mutton or beef in this dish. ENJOY YOUR DELICIOUS VEGETABLE OATS!!!
