Healthy Chicken Sandwich

  1. Brown bread – 4 slices
  2. Chicken breast ( marinated with 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, garam masala,  lemon juice and salt)- 200 grams
  3. Chopped Cucumber – 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped Carrot  – 1/4 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oregano – 1 teaspoon
  7. Green chilli – 2 Numbers
  8. Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  9. Ginger – 1 inch piece
  10. Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
  11. Butter – 2 tablespoon
  12. Chopped lettuce – 1/4 cup

METHOD

Take a cooking steamer and steam the marinated chicken for 10 minutes. Shred the steamed chicken on a large bowl and add ingredients from 3 – 6. Take a mixer jar and grind the  ingredients 5,7,9,10 and mix it with yogurt. Spread this sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Then spread the chicken mixture and  some chopped lettuce on it . Cover it with another slice of bread. On a pan add butter and toast the sandwich. Enjoy this healthy sandwich with your favorite smoothie!!!
